The parking lot can accommodate about 15 cars, which is a sufficient size for the scale of the shop The shop's location is inevitably separated by a median strip, so caution is required There are banners set up in front of the shop Arrived at 12:00 on a weekday and was able to enter without waiting; customer occupancy was moderate This shop prominently features cutlassfish (tachiuo) A la carte items cannot be ordered during lunchtime Only set meals, but there are a fair number of varieties so I think you can find your favorite Unusually for an independent shop these days, they properly checked temperatures Ordered the Daily Recommended Gozen (1958 yen) Arrived after 20 minutes The person sitting next to me had the Tsurugi bento, which came in about 10 minutes Tempura was shishito pepper, eggplant, king oyster mushroom, shiso leaf, cutlassfish x 2, shrimp, sweet potato, Sashimi was seared cutlassfish, tuna, sea bream, amberjack Pickles were takuan dusted with mustard greens and bonito flakes Appearance was very neat The cooking degree of the shrimp tempura was exquisite so that the shrimp wouldn't shrink, it was soft and good Cutlassfish was simple and delicious, if there's a next time I'd like to try thick-cut cutlassfish as well Seared cutlassfish sashimi was also fresh since it wasn't seen much elsewhere Having 2 kinds of pickles is secretly nice, especially the pickles drenched in bonito flakes had strong umami coming through and were good Obanzai had daikon radish thoroughly infused with flavor even though the taste wasn't heavy, it was very rich Because the side dishes were so delicious, I ate my rice too fast and ran out halfway, so when I asked the staff if I could order a refill, they readily agreed and asked about the portion size showing consideration If there is one disappointing thing, it's that this shop is cash only. QR codes and cards are a no-go. Make sure to bring cash. 202307 noon revisit Serving time takes quite a while, about 20 minutes Ordered the Luxury Gozen The quality of the food remains high as always; sashimi has zero fishiness, is fatty, and very soft. Fish that is too fresh is too hard, so I like this degree the best Tempura quality is also high, especially shrimp tempura has the strongest cooking degree, shrimp is fluffy Since it costs almost 2000 yen, you need to psych yourself up a bit, but it was a quality worthy of it as dining out
View on GoogleFirst time using. Delicious. A hidden gem. Cutlassfish dishes seem to be the specialty. I'd like to try it next time. There was a cutlassfish karaage object. At lunch, had the katsutoji set meal. Taste is slightly heavy. Rice and miso soup can be refilled. Tonkatsu is Budou Pork, pigs raised eating grapes. Meat was a bit hard. Basically a kappo cuisine restaurant and sushi shop. What's regrettable is that although displaying prices including consumption tax is mandatory, The menu was in amounts excluding tax. Facing a trunk road, there is a median strip from the opposite lane, so using cars from the reverse direction is impossible, Parking lot looks like it can hold 10 cars. The inside is also spacious, seating can be used by about 50 people. Restroom is also very clean. CO2 measuring device fully equipped, disinfectant fully equipped. It seems they are taking infection measures to some extent.
View on GoogleOrdered today's daily special without asking, and it was misuji clay pot grill for 980 yen. Meat is tender~! Best cost performance among steaks I've kept eating this week. (cf Gusto, Steak Gusto, Ikinari Steak, Bronco Billy) Companion's katsudon is also tender and voluminous for 950 yen. Gotta eat cutlassfish next time.
View on GoogleThere were lots of cutlassfish menus. Cutlassfish and shirasu rice bowl was the best 👍 Very delicious 😋✌️ Next time at night... I want to eat it with alcohol 😉 very good (^^)d
View on GoogleHad the cutlassfish tempura gozen. Chawanmushi was included, though not pictured in the photo. It was 1650 yen including tax. It was delicious.
