門真商店Yokohama-iekei-Ramen Kadoma-shoten
Machida Shoten Kadoma Branch is a Yokohama Iekake ramen specialty restaurant featuring a rich and creamy tonkotsu soy sauce soup. Located a 14-minute walk from the south exit of Furukawabashi Station on the Keihan Main Line, and close to Mitsui Outlet Park Osaka Kadoma and Costco, it is available not only for lunch and dinner, but also for dining after work. The soup, made by luxuriously using pork bones and taking time and effort to bring out the umami, features a smooth texture and a rich yet mild flavor that is low in gamey odors. It pairs well with the medium-thick noodles manufactured in our own factory, and you can choose between "Tonkotsu Shoyu" and "Tonkotsu Shio." The richness of the flavor, amount of fat, and firmness of the noodles can be adjusted to your preference. With people saying "It was delicious!" or "I'll come again"...

Just passed by on a drive but I had a really nice food experience here and I love the staff. I would always come if I would live here
View on GoogleWe had an excellent service, the prices were good, as well as the food but it's not the best place for gyoza.

View on GoogleFirst time visiting this branch Entering the shop entrance, buy a meal ticket first using the touch panel and then they will guide you to a seat. Sit down and hand the meal ticket directly to the staff, and the typical Iekake ritual begins: they will ask about the firmness of the noodles, richness of the soup, and amount of fat. Personally, I really love strong flavors, so my go-to phrase is: firm, rich, extra I ordered the special fried rice set and special fried chicken set + rice At the table condiments there is garlic, ginger, and doubanjiang There are free pickles and free minced onions I am very grateful. It's a nice service even amidst rising prices, right Food has arrived Let's eat 🍴🙏 The rich soup really matches the medium-thick noodles Quail eggs, spinach, and nori seaweed Put minced onions here and it's even more delicious 🍴😆✨ The fried chicken in the chicken set also has 4 pieces, tastes good, crispy and juicy, a perfect match for the ramen soup and rice Chahan feels light perhaps because I made the ramen soup rich... but after resetting the mouth with water and eating it properly, it's just right, tasty seasoning without being too salty, and a perfect match with the ramen soup. Delicious 🍴😆✨ The staff is smiling and kind There are counter seats and table seats so families and children seem to be able to sit comfortably. Toilets are also separated for men and women, so even a woman alone can feel secure, and children too Today, even the delicious ramen soup was finished with ramen rice Thank you for the meal. Thank you
View on GoogleStopped by Kadoma Shoten on the way back from renewing my driver's license. The parking lot is large and the location is easy to drop by by car. After entering, the system is to register at the ticket vending machine, and on this day there were about 2 groups waiting and I was seated relatively smoothly. The inside is mainly counter seating, and the turnover seems rather fast. What I had this time was the MAX Ramen (1,130 yen). Since it's part of the Machida Shoten group, you can enjoy consistent Iekake ramen. The soup is tonkotsu soy sauce-based, rich yet easy to drink, and finished with a good overall balance. My noodles were medium-thick, and gripped the soup well. The toppings such as chashu, seasoned egg, and nori seaweed are firmly placed, giving a voluminous visual impression. The chashu gave the impression of being neither good nor bad, but the seasoned egg had just the right soft-boiled consistency, and I could enjoy the gooey texture of the yolk. Adding the minced onions on the table in the middle adds a crunchy texture and refreshing feel, bringing a change in taste that was delicious. Condiments are also abundant, and being able to adjust to your own liking is a good point. The shop also displays a passing certificate for the Fried Rice Certification Exam, showing that they put effort into their fried rice as well. I would like to try the fried rice (580 yen) together next time I renew. If there was a free rice service during lunch time, the satisfaction level would probably increase even more. Overall, it was a steady bowl of food that was easy to casually enjoy. Thank you for the meal.
