Frankly speaking, Akashiyaki is better than authentic Akashiyaki. Visited during GW 25 and wanted to eat again so revisited in January 26. Two days later I went to Akashi to eat Akashiyaki but felt this place is better. What is decisively different is the octopus. Nowadays due to soaring octopus prices, octopus in takoyaki and the like tends to be looked down upon, containing only small pieces of octopus. Run by a husband and wife perhaps, both the master and mistress are very kind. They were the epitome of service industry. Both times I only ate Akashiyaki by my preference, but next time I want to try takoyaki. Will definitely visit again.
