This is a famous ramen restaurant that Westerners who order spicy ramen without looking at the menu, or arrogant Americans who think English is understood everywhere on the planet, should never visit. The ramen is of course delicious, but the tsukemen here is exquisite. It's equipped with an induction stove so the ramen never gets cold and can be enjoyed warm for a long time. There is no English menu. If you want to eat there, you'll need a translation app. This is an original, exquisite ramen made with seasonal fish. As it's based on Japanese cuisine, it's delicious yet incredibly cheap. Not suitable for people who can only eat tuna and salmon. If you're impressed by the tonkotsu ramen at a chain restaurant, you'll be so amazed you'll be reborn three times over if you try this ramen here. Recommended for: People who are interested in Japanese cuisine. People who understand that it's not all about the aroma of spices and spiciness. People who understand that it's not good to stay in a restaurant forever after the meal because you place so much importance on conversation. People who understand that food can change in flavor depending on the seasonal fish.

I went because it's a shop where you can eat ramen crafted with the owner's commitment. Arrived around 13:30, a little late for weekday lunch. Unfortunately, only paitan soup was left, so I ordered the "Yutaka-ka Noodles - Salt" paitan soup and "Takikomi Gohan (Duck)". Bowl served in about 7 minutes. The visually beautiful ramen and the separately plated hot spring egg are mischievous. Also, the point that hijiki seaweed comes with the "Takikomi Gohan" scores high. As for the soup, although it's paitan, it's not too thick and yet goes down smoothly, making you feel it was made with commitment. Super delicious. Also, the noodles are homemade, matched the soup, and the clinging degree was spot-on. The topping of low-temperature cooked duck rare chashu had a firm texture yet was soft, overflowing with umami the more you chewed. What surprised me above all was the "Takikomi Gohan (Duck)". With all due respect, I never thought it would be this delicious at a ramen shop. The aroma of dashi escaping from the nose made it a supreme takikomi gohan. The hijiki is almost too good to be just a side garnish. My wife, who went with me, put free chickenそぼろ (minced chicken) and a hot spring egg on top of "gohan" (white rice) to make a "Yutaka-ka style oyakodon", and this "chicken minced meat" was also exquisite, delicious enough to make me think it's fine for this to be free. The ramen, rice, and side dishes packed to the brim with the owner's commitment were very delicious, and I was extremely satisfied. Next time I'd like to have the chintan soup series. Thank you for the meal 😋

Visited after finishing drinking. A ramen shop I was slightly curious about. Conclusion: cost performance was good and delicious, so next time I want to visit to try the Tantanmen. Ordered large duck tsukemen noodles and 4 pieces of fried chicken. The duck tsukemen was light and a bit lacking, but sprinkling the table's pepper and Japanese pepper added a punch and it's delicious. The duck chashu is especially delicious. The tsukemen dipping broth is also constantly kept warm with an induction heater and is warm—no, hot enough to require caution, about twice as hot as imagined. I slurped it without thinking and slightly burned my tongue. The fried chicken is also wrapped in chicken skin and juicy. You can eat it with tartar sauce, and this is also delicious again. A taste that makes you want rice.

Went for lunch near the work site (^-^) What I ordered this time is Saury tsukemen 1,100 yen Saury and mushroom Takikomi gohan 250 yen Soy sauce-based dipping broth contains sweet potato, fish ball, daikon radish, etc. (^-^) 2 kinds of noodles On top of that, saury meat seasoned with liver soy sauce is placed! It works with a slight bitterness of the liver and is delicious (^-^) The noodles are also nice! The takikomi gohan is delicious, but the accompanying mixed thing was also delicious (^-^) Seems to be closing in October Sad, isn't it. Thank you for the meal ✨
