2026.06.09 Stumbled upon a ramen shop and visited for lunch. There are only a few scattered customers. I ordered the beef ramen and rice. The ramen itself isn't bad♪ If anything, it's to my taste. That said, I'd like the service at this ramen shop to put in a little more effort. As written in other reviews, they do provide service, but it doesn't feel like it comes from the heart. It's just surface-level...w
View on GoogleHad the rich tsukemen. It's rare to find tsukemen at a beef-based shop. The chashu and soup all had solid umami. It costs 1,200 yen, but I felt the price was fair or better. It was on the borderline of 3 and 4 stars
View on GoogleAs for the ramen, I had the tsukemen It was light and the noodles were smooth and slurpable, very delicious I'd like to go again 😂 For those coming by car, there's a parking lot nearby for 200 yen per hour The owner was friendly and chatted about various things, a good guy ✨ It wasn't aloof or anything like what was written in the reviews ~ 🤔
View on GoogleThe owner is reportedly ill, so I don't want to write too harshly, but as a neighborhood ramen shop, I am writing this in hopes that it will get better. ① Regarding the soup, it gives the impression of flavors fighting and being mismatched. There is a light, clear soup-like clarity, but the smell of beef takes over and interferes with the fish umami. ② Regarding the chashu. It's tough. Sinews remain. ③ Regarding the other meat, to make use of the beef, flavoring it by stir-frying it with sukiyaki-style onions is correct in concept, but it's not good because it doesn't match the soup and the natural flavor of the ingredients doesn't come forward. ④ The noodles seem to use durum wheat semolina, but since beef with Japanese-style dashi alone already has a strong personality, having noodles with such a strong personality too makes it exhausting. Overall, it's a harmony of strong, gamey odors. ⑤ You must not command customers. Instead of saying "Please do XX", let's say "Won't you please do XX?" That's hospitality. ⑥ Let's tidy up the inside of the shop. Having a stockpot sitting on some of the customer seating has not a shred of hospitality. If you have the feeling of inviting people, you should be able to keep all seating in prime condition. Illness and management are tough, but hang in there. I like the bowls.
View on GoogleHad the Beef Soy Sauce (Special) Ramen for ¥1,500. The noodles are basically thin noodles, but you can change them to flat noodles for +¥100. The soup is a clear Japanese-style broth made from sardines, dried katsutatsu bonito, shiitake mushrooms, genuine kelp, and domestic beef bone, packed with umami
