It's a little out of the way but I think the taste is pretty good. They have the option to change the ramen noodles to lower carbs noodles at a little extra cost, which is nice if you want to make the experience of eating ramen less unhealthy. Be prepared to spend around 1000 yen or more per person. Seems pretty popular for families and groups.

Had spring onion ramen. The noodles were firm. The gyosa were nice. And the price was reasonable.

This time I had the meat soba tsukemen. When you think of Marugen, you think of meat soba, but the tsukemen is also quite well-made. The chewy noodles cling well to the sweet and savory dipping broth, allowing you to eat it all the way to the end without getting tired of it. You can also choose hot noodles (atsumori), which is a nice point to suit your preference. It has the reliability typical of a ramen chain, with an atmosphere that's easy to enter for both families and solo diners. It was a bowl that satisfied me when I wanted a hearty meal. I'd like to use it again.
