Decently delicious. Just once, I encountered a side dish with overwhelmingly salty seasoning that made me think they messed up the proportion or accidentally swapped sugar and salt. The attitude of the staff is not good. When you go to the register, they emerge from the back looking annoyed and cast a glare at you. Without a word, they put it in a plastic bag, point their chin at the register machine saying "here," and head back to the back. If they don't educate people on basic etiquette and customer service, the future might be tough.

There is about one obasan who speaks with a condescending attitude. I personally think that sticking to the old ways doesn't fit today's era, so it would be better to handle customer service and the like in a way suited to the present. Everyone else is kind and helpful. The side dishes are also delicious!

The side dishes are delicious, but when a single woman wants to eat a few different kinds, the portions are too big, so it would be helpful if you increased the number of small-portion packs. It's also nice that you can check out contact-free.
