I absolutely love the udon here. Personally, it ranks in my top 3 favorite udon shops. Right on target for my preferences. The dashi broth is extremely to my taste, and the hand-cut, unevenly thick udon with its chewy texture is the absolute best ✨ While the chef might look blunt on your first visit, as you gradually get to know his personality, he starts looking cute (lol) Every menu item is delicious, and the cost performance is extremely good, but only the mayo-based menu recommended by the chef has a bit of a polarizing taste. Other than that, no complaints. This is a hidden gem. Truly recommended.

Used around 11:30 AM on a weekday. Ordered the tempura udon and mini egg bowl set. Topped with 2 shrimp tempura and eggplant tempura. The set's mini egg bowl was also delicious. Visited for the first time in a while and it's as amazing of an udon shop as ever. Gentle broth, thicker noodles that aren't too firm and have a great texture. There are various udon shops, but I like the udon here the most. The owner is also kind, and I think there are quite a few regulars. I hope they continue to hang in there and keep going with good health.
