Simmered red sea bream scraps... Carefully cleaned of fine scales, and the fishy odor was thoroughly treated as well. The fish meat was tender and easy to flake apart. The simmering broth had a dark color, and I thought the soy sauce flavor would be strong, but it had a well-balanced umami, making it feel like you could enjoy drinks just from the broth alone. Seared rockfish sashimi... Ate this for the first time. It tasted similar to sea bream and was delicious. Shrimp and abalone sunomono (vinegar dish)... Luxurious beyond its price. When you hear sunomono, you imagine something sour, but the acidity was subdued, and I could taste a kelp?-like dashi umami. I thought it might even be delicious to mix a little warm sake into this dashi to make a dashi-wari lol Firefly squid tempura... Boiled or sunomono is standard, but tempura was unusual. Enjoyed simply with lemon and salt, letting me savor the aroma and liver umami unique to firefly squid.

Had dinner. Every dish had a gentle seasoning without additives, highlighting the original flavors of the carefully selected ingredients, making everything extremely delicious. The location is right in front of the station and easy to frequent, so I'd like to visit again.

Given the local character, an izakaya overflowing with Panasonic vibes. The food is delicious. They have a variety of Japanese sakes, fruit sakes, and more.

Had the sashimi set meal with my younger brother. It was my first time since the shop relocated. Fried food, pickles, miso soup, side dish, and change back from a thousand yen. Satisfied.

Around 5 types of set meals are available during lunchtime. It gets fully booked during the 12 o'clock hour, so it's better to time it around other hours.
