A place where you can eat domestic eel at an affordable price It has the good atmosphere of an eel restaurant When I went, it was from Mie Prefecture The liver soup has a good flavor The unajyu is grilled Kanto-style, but the crispy-juicy feel is a bit lacking. The rice is thoroughly soaked in sauce, so rather than fluffy, it feels a bit moist and sticky. Payment is cash only

You can see the old-fashioned attention to detail in both the ingredients and the cooking. I couldn't meet the previous master and landlady, but the taste was outstanding. I hope it continues forever. It's a restaurant like a cultural property.

Visited for lunch A reasonably priced restaurant considering it's eel. Ordered the Upper Bowl for 1,300 yen The rice is in a style where the sauce is thoroughly mixed in Perhaps the flavor is light and mild despite the color. The eel was pre-grilled and then re-seared. A cute-sized 2 pieces. Well, it's 1,300 yen so this is about right (^^;; Thank you for the meal.

★Glad they let me in 10 minutes before opening★ ※First time visiting an eel shop near Izumisano Station that opens from 10:00 AM in the morning. Moreover, they let me into the shop at 9:50, which was appreciated since it was a hot day. As for the eel 'Tokujo-don' (special upper rice bowl), for someone like me who dislikes too much sauce, this shop had just the right amount of sauce on it, and the eel was delicious. Above all, I'm glad the owner greeted me with a smile and said 'Thank you very much'. While many craftsmen have stern faces, I felt that kind of customer service was wonderful, making the served unadon, liver soup, and pickles taste even better. Since I usually only ate soft Nara-zuke pickles, I was moved by this shop's crunchy-textured 'Nara-zuke' that you can chew and savor. I also like that the liver in the liver soup is plump. Furthermore, thanks to the bricks at the feet of the counter, my feet don't dangle, so having a comfortable seating experience is the best. If it's like this, I'm glad because I can enjoy a date with my husband. Thank you for the meal 💖 Thank you very much 💖
