Absolutely amazing course set made from fresh, local ingredients.

I went with my family. Since it was just lunch time, the inside of the restaurant was bustling. The room we were guided to was a back room separated by fusuma sliding doors, so we could enjoy our meal leisurely. Since the food had many varieties, We enjoyed chatting with family wondering "what is this?" and ate deliciously. One thing I'd like them to improve is that on the floor of the horigotatsu There were quite a few food crumbs left from the previous person, so although you might be busy, I hope you can clean it up.

Although it is called a Japanese restaurant, the price is relatively high for a country shop. Hard to say the cost performance is good. However, each dish came out quite elaborate and delicious. The price might be reasonable considering the effort. Just one thing, the young man serving and clearing tables inside the shop. Must be a part-timer... Serving food, serving ordered drinks, clearing finished dishes, all done while standing in a semi-crouch. This is not an izakaya... It's a shame because the female staff properly knelt down to serve and clear dishes. Otherwise, including the service, I had a pleasant meal.

It seemed like all private rooms. I went with a group and was able to eat and talk without hesitation. We arrived a little early, but were shown into the room and waited for mealtime. The hassun lunch plate had about 15 kinds of creative dishes arranged elegantly and abundantly, and there was a small amount of sashimi, chawanmushi, rice, miso soup, and pickles, which I was satisfied with. For dessert, milk sherbet with sponge cake was elegant, and the black tea was also delicious.

Near Hineno Station... A pure Japanese-style building. Despite being along the railway tracks... it's very much like a quiet residential area. I made a reservation and visited for lunch this time. At the entrance with a wonderful space... first take off your shoes. The store staff properly manages and keeps your shoes. Led to a Japanese-style room, with horigotatsu-style tables... It seems that spacious rooms for various numbers of people are made with partitions, so if you remove the partitions, private reservations are also possible... There was only 1 type of lunch menu. Starting from a warm bowl... colorful hassun and main dishes are included... After that... a small sashimi, chawanmushi, and shrimp shinjo. And rice and akadashi soup with pickles... Everything is done with careful work... Paying respect to the dishes served... actually eating. It is... so delicious. Especially, hot things and cold things are served with exquisite temperatures We ate while talking a bit. Towards the end, we chose the after-meal drink from iced/hot coffee or hot black tea, and the mini dessert that came out was... milk sherbet with apple compote... cheesecake with a cute and delicious ♡ dessert included. 2200 yen including tax... Felt like I received hospitality ✨ beyond that. I also love finding cheap lunch spots... but I thought a slightly stylish lunch with such a calm atmosphere is also nice ~ The age group of customers is also... a bit older. And parking lots... there are 2 locations, but if possible... I recommend carpooling. The staff are also very kind with nice smiles. The tatami seating on the second floor is horigotatsu style... an atmosphere where you can relax. The lunch kaiseki has changed... to 2400 yen with drinks & dessert. Hot things are... hot. Careful hassun dishes are... all delicious. I made a reservation right at opening... but there were already about 5 groups of customers. Still a popular restaurant. The staff... always provide polite customer service. I definitely want to... visit again
