On June 7, 2026, I stopped by for lunch before heading to "JAPAN FIREWORKS EXPO 2026 in Osaka-Nishikinohama" held in Kaizuka City. This time I ordered the shrimp mayo set meal (since it was a Sunday visit, not a weekday lunch, the ramen was regular size, not half-size). I chose Taiwan ramen, and also ordered the "Authentic Mapo Tofu" as a single dish that I had been curious about. First, I was surprised by the volume. Both the rice and ramen came in full single portions, and the moment it was served I couldn't help but feel "this is amazing". With prices rising lately, being able to eat your fill like this is a joy in itself 😊 The shrimp mayo pieces were large and thick. The bouncy texture was solid, and the sauce had a well-balanced sweetness and acidity, making it very delicious 🍤 The mapo tofu ordered separately was also authentic, featuring a rich umami flavor combined with a strong sansho pepper kick, making it an exceptional match with rice 🔥 What made me even happier was that appetizers like salads and kimchi were free to take. Including such services raises the satisfaction level, and I could feel the store's thoughtfulness. Good taste, good volume, good service. A rare three-in-one shop that feels precious in this day and age. Thank you to Taiwan Restaurant Kinfukuka for providing such a satisfying meal and service even in hard times. Thank you very much.
