Rinku No Hoshi is a huge shopping area with plenty of stores to browse, so I would definitely recommend setting aside more time than you think you need. We only had around two hours and it felt quite rushed because there was still a lot we didn’t get to see. There are some good deals to be found, especially if you don’t mind past season items. We also noticed a mix of both tourists and locals shopping here. Quite a few stores had English speaking staff, which made communication easy for us. There is plenty of parking available, but much of it is outdoors and exposed to the sun, so the car can get very hot during the day. What I enjoyed most was simply browsing and finding some good deals along the way. Tip: Give yourself at least a few hours if you want to explore properly. Two hours felt too short for us, especially if you like comparing prices and checking multiple stores.

700¥ per adult. Love the views of mountains, ocean and airport! Takes about 20 minutes. The carts are AC! I used yen and was able to the ticket machine.

Come and get all your "branded" purchases here. Great place to come. Every time I fly into Osaka, Kansai Airport will put this into my itinerary. The branded outlet here has loads of discount. Try to come from 11am, less crowded. Get your meals settled at a food area around the GU shop at a rinku mall before you go to the premium outlet area to shop.

Yawn zzz. Overpriced like watching paint dry slow and the views are nothing special at the top and to get pics you have to avoid the scratches and stickers on the glass. I recommend they halve the price and people might go on. It turns around empty most of the day. Just look at the photos and save your money
