View on Google[Closing on August 31] 'Ramen Tempuken Izumisano Branch', located along Route 26 in Nakasho, Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture, will close on Monday, August 31, 2026. About 16 years since opening in February 2010. A ramen shop that has been operating in this location for many years 🍜 What I had this time is the 'Gokうま Tonkotsu Neginegi' (Super Delicious Tonkotsu Green & White Onion). A rich tonkotsu ramen topped with plenty of green and white onions, the rich pork bone soup goes very well with the crunchy onions 👌 I also had fried rice together! There are also plenty of set menus that can be added to ramen. Only a little time left until closing. If you have been visiting since the old days or want to eat it one last time, please 🍜 Also, 'Ramen Tempuken Rinku Branch' will continue to operate. ・Gokうま Tonkotsu Neginegi + Fried Rice Set ¥1,419
View on Google⚠️ When choosing noodle firmness here, I recommend choosing 1 or 2 levels softer than you think. First of all, I dropped by around 8:30 PM. I was seated by a female staff member who looked very bothered and sluggish, so I worried whether this restaurant would be okay. I have eaten a lot of ramen in Kyushu, the home of tonkotsu. This restaurant was my first contact. ① Customer Service Sluggish, lacking spirit... I have a more energetic image of a ramen shop. Feels like doing the bare minimum with the bare minimum energy. ② Taste Anyway, the noodles are too hard... Even though I asked for firm noodles, why is it as hard as 'konaotoshi' or 'harigane'? My husband, who ordered regular, let out a sigh saying, 'Even though it's regular, it's quite hard...' A level that makes you want to ask if the order went through properly for firm and regular... The taste of the soup itself is rich while offering a refreshing and savory flavor, and I thought it would be delicious if the noodles were properly done. However, ramen is all about noodles, so soup alone has no meaning... Unfortunately, it was too hard and gave me acid reflux, so I left about half.
