Used the all-you-can-drink course for a drinking party. Food is mostly fried food. Beer is arbitrarily limited to 3 glasses per person in the second half without prior notice, making you unable to order. Also, you better prepare cash, otherwise the price increases. They don't tell you that on the phone either, but tell you at the shop on the day. I probably won't go next time.

First of all, from the reservation stage, spoken in a very fast, unfriendly tone which was unpleasant. Over the phone, they said "since we are an individual shop, if you don't order the food in advance, we don't have it!", but from a customer's perspective, I only thought "so what? Others are the same right?". They said "if the number of people increases, I'll answer the phone even at noon!", but I called 3 times and couldn't get through. When I finally got through, they hung up before I finished speaking, which was quite unpleasant. I wish people would listen to what others have to say until the end. At the time of reservation, since I wanted all-you-can-drink, I told them, and they just said "then food is a must! 4500 yen or 5000 yen!". All staff inside the shop had zero motivation, lowering plates and glasses with clanging and thudding noises. The food is neither terribly bad nor delicious... to the point where some people might even make it better at home, so repeating is definitely out of the question. I wish I hadn't trusted other people's reviews and gone.

It's a stylish shop with jazz BGM and seemingly a BAR counter seat I enjoyed the delicious food

Visited on a 4,000 yen course, 7 dishes came out. Maybe suitable for women since it's healthy? From entering the shop, the heating wasn't on so my knees felt cold from underfoot. I ate with a jacket draped over my knees. Beer is up to 3 glasses, and when I tried to order the next after drinking 2, they said, "Eh, you already drank 3 glasses, right?". As written in other reviews, they probably don't like customer service work much as they just silently brought and left the food,

For a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course meal, the volume was large and made me full. However, it's not delicious at all. Doesn't seem to be any care put into the food or ingredients. I feel like I could win even if I just threw something together at home. When leaving the shop, I felt regret for wasting a meal and consuming calories in vain. The banquet area on the second place seemed to have seat cushions as thin as sliced cheese with no backrests, making it necessary to endure on hard flooring. The female staff in charge was super unfriendly, working roughly by clanging glasses and plates. I fully enjoyed the shop name meaning Natural Dining, selling "natural state" without doing customer service work.
