Soup of the ramen here is quite different from other shops.

I had the mini set (1,350 yen). It consists of a mini champon, a small bowl of rice, and shrimp mayo (fried chicken or shrimp tempura are also available). The mini champon is packed with ingredients and has an outstanding vegetable sweetness! The shrimp mayo is plump and drenched in sauce. Putting it on top of rice to make a rice bowl gives it a nice, unique twist. Having everything in mini sizes is great because even someone with a middle-aged, small appetite can enjoy a variety of items. True to a champon specialty shop, they have a diverse champon menu, and being a large restaurant, side dishes like gyoza and fried rice are also well-stocked. The combination options are quite abundant too.

A champon restaurant I've been visiting frequently since the old days ^^ Everything you eat is truly delicious! And fast! Above all, the provided vegetables are not pre-cut, so they are super fresh and I love it! I always add the spicy miso, but be careful because it is incomparably spicier than the spicy sauce provided for flavor-changing at typical ramen shops ^^ I super-duper love adding plenty of this spicy miso that makes my sweat pour out! The staff are all very friendly and give a great impression. There were also baby chairs and children's tableware ♪

The preparation time is very fast, and it is delicious. I asked for the noodles to be thickened upon request, which they can do. There was so much steam that I worried if I'd be able to eat it, but I was able to savor and enjoy it thoroughly. For those who like spicy food, I recommend changing the flavor with the chili peppers placed on the table. It was lunchtime so there were many customers, but because the service time is fast, the turnover is quick, and I felt like I was able to enter without any waiting time.

Champon is delicious!! Looking at the sign... I didn't feel much like going in, but the taste is a nostalgic yet delicious flavor that I love! It might be better to avoid lunchtime... it was crowded.
