This restaurant is absolutely terrible. The cashier is incredibly disrespectful and has no respect or patience. And the meat to rice ratio is absolutely horrendous. I might as well order a bowl of rice with no meat. They are a disgrace to the country of Japan and should retire from being a restaurant. The anger and rage inside me due to this atrocity of a restaurant will stick with me for the rest of my life. This is awful. I could write a book about this restaurant but I would like to move on and enjoy life.

They may “freshly roast on site” but all the drinks are self service from a machine and I am not sure if it has been cleaned in the last year as seen from the sweating beans in the picture. The coffee smells funny - prceed with caution. All food is instant food heated up from packets. Seating area in store is a bit tight but there is more space and tables round the corner. Overall a terrible experience - eat in the main terminal if you can.

Ordered 2 chicken burgers - the patty and cheese was cut in half so that it shows up on one side. Quite a scam. Avoid if possible.

Quick bite and really tasty with very reasonably priced. Enjoyed it.

good service but very poor food. all microwaved. 900yen for a sorry microwaved yakisoba. go across the hall to family mart and get a much better yakisoba for 400jpy
