By far the worse coffee I've ever had in Japan. It tasted as if it was burnt. I probably threw a few coffee creamers in just to get that burnt taste to go away but then the coffee just tasted like soapy water. I also ordered the lemon pancakes which weren't bad but not worth the price for something that tasted like it came out of a 7/11 packet. When I looked up around me everyone was eating Burger King even at the FRESH dining tables...I wonder why😒. I just wanted to grab a coffee and a light snack before my flight. How disappointing.

I visited Fresh on a recent plane journey from Osaka to Hong Kong and due to it being a healthier alternative, I thought I’d give it a shot. It is not worth the money. Positives: - Staff are friendly - Matcha Chocolate donut is pretty nice - Plenty of seating options Negatives: - The berry smoothie was more ice than actual smoothie. - The rice buns beef burger I ordered wasn’t very good, the rice was very thin and when I tried to pick it up, it fell apart immediately. You definitely need a knife to eat it. - The price you pay for what you actually receive isn’t worth it and you can get better for less elsewhere in the airport. Overall; Wouldn’t really recommend, spend your money elsewhere.

Has sandwich, coffee, smoothie etc

Pay 3000円 for a roast beef sandwich which is advertised to have a good amount of roast beef, but I get lettuce sandwich... TRASH 🗑️
