Fast, and tasty, important the ingredients are fairly healthy unlike in the states!

Went to the store to buy takeout for a birthday, and even though the store was empty and looked free, while I was hesitating over the menu, they kept tapping the table with their finger tap-tap-tap-tap, feeling looked down upon. When I looked at the product after returning home, I was shocked. The Margherita was overbaked ➕ sprinkled with about 10 times the basil. When I called to explain the situation, they said 'oh is that so, sorry'. Knowing full well they put it in, right?? While saying they'd deliver a new one, I waited without saying anything for about 20 minutes, and the person who delivered it was a new staff member who didn't know the situation well. Showing the product with a puzzled face, 'I'll pass it on, sorry'. No refund, returning all the original products too, wasting time and emotions. Service that makes you never want to order again. It's natural for the management to apologize. Probably looked down upon because they thought I was young. I'll post photos of the original pizza and the new one. It was a terrible birthday. The kids were also disappointed.
