View on GoogleWanted to go mainly for the nikusui, so I ordered the nikusui + mini Karaage bowl. The broth of the nikusui is as delicious as ever!! However, when upgrading from a mini to a regular size, the satisfaction in terms of quantity is low. Also, going from a bowl to a mini bowl feels like a significant reduction. So next time, should I make the bowl the main dish with a mini udon? Or should the udon be the main dish? With such trivial worries, I will come back again. Past reviews below −−−−−−−−−−− Entering the shop while subconsciously imagining a low rating due to the faded signboard and the store name reminiscent of Bikkri Ramen. A mysterious organ, Could it be old oil? There is a stale smell similar to that of a single elderly man's house.. Looking at the menu, there are quite a few combinations. Oh? There's a backside too! The joy of choosing, the joy of discovery. This time I ordered the horumon bowl and mini nikusui set. First of all, there aren't many places that serve horumon bowls, so just for that, I'm grateful. Recently I went to Ya○ya in Sakai for nikusui too, so I had the feeling of, "Well, surely it won't be better than that, right..". First, the horumon bowl. The plump shimacho is sweet, and it's the best match with the sweet and spicy sauce. Naturally, the other parts are delicious too. Absolutely no gamey smell. In addition, the bed of cabbage had an extra touch of being given just the right amount of char, and the aroma is good too.. Put the shichimi from the table on it for a perfect lineup. And there is a solid amount of it. Nikusui. Since the main is a udon shop after all, the broth is way too delicious. To be specific, the bonito dashi is working as much as it possibly can, plus the generosity of scattering bonito flakes themselves. Just the right amount of meat and tofu. I underestimated it. Honestly, it surpasses Ya○ya. (Though that one has high satisfaction with the rolled omelet and amount of meat) I want to go with this set next time too, but anyway, there are so many menu items so I'm looking forward to the others too.. For now, I want to try the nikusui in the regular size. It has been a rare hit shop for me in recent years. I will definitely make a repeat visit.
View on GoogleI thought it would be a breeze and ordered a large bowl of rice, but the portion was dangerously huge... 😅 But it was delicious 😋
View on GoogleA shop with an exterior that looks like an izakaya. When I went inside, it really is an izakaya. I wonder if it's an izakaya operating during lunch hours. There are various lunch menu items, ranging from tonkatsu set meals to service sets with noodles, quite a number of items. We ordered the yamakake udon set meal, and the kitsune udon set meal. Both had thin noodles, and medium rice. The aroma of the dashi spreads through the shop. The thin noodles went down the throat smoothly and the dashi had a nice aroma, it was delicious. The fried tofu was also spot on and delicious. Kitsune udon + 1 small side dish + pickles + rice for 700 yen. It turned out to be a very cost-effective lunch. I am satisfied, thank you for the meal 🍚 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dropped by for the first time in a year. Previously I didn't know about something called "kasu udon", so I got the kasu udon. I had them put fried tofu and egg in mine. Kasu udon is delicious! It's not available in my hometown, so💧 It was delicious. Thank you for the meal 🍜
View on GoogleA 'hmm' kind of taste, please figure it out So far, comments like this are very few. Ordered the meat udon set meal with 2 portions of noodles Left rice behind for the first time in my life while eating out The udon is still better at a standing-eat place You're better off eating Donbei. Be careful as tax-included prices are not displayed Meat udon set meal is 900 yen, add 100 yen for an extra portion of noodles, then consumption tax on that 1,000 yen makes it 1,100 yen The meat is tough, they use quite cheap meat
