First to make an impression was the quality of the fried food. The tonkatsu had a crispy, light batter, making it easy to eat without being greasy. The chicken in the chicken curry was similarly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It paired wonderfully with the curry, and personally, I liked the chicken curry best. The curry roux had a solid spice aroma, featuring umami and richness that didn't rely solely on spiciness. The lingering sensation of spices gently spreading afterwards was pleasant, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously down to the last bite without getting tired of it. The interior has only counter seating, making it a space where you can dine calmly. Run by a married couple, their warm customer service was also memorable. You could tell it was made with care, and it felt cozy. For those looking for curry in the Hineno area, this is a shop I definitely want you to visit at least once. I'd like to visit again.

Visited for lunch Ordered the beef tendon curry. The roux looks photogenic as it's filled almost to surface tension, but... Even if you wanted to mix it from the start, it spills over the plate so you can't mix it, and after eating to a certain extent, I realized for the first time that there wasn't nearly enough roux. Eating it in a well-balanced way on your first try is tough The taste is sweet and good even for someone like me who dislikes spicy food, but towards the end it felt like I was just eating white rice. Can you order extra roux?

Arrived at 11:35. One group of 3 people was waiting outside. We were able to enter at 12:05 😭 Ordered the medium-spicy tonkatsu curry 🍛. Finally got to eat at 12:20. The amount of rice was too large, and the balance with the roux wasn't good... The katsu also lacked flavor so I had to shake salt 🧂 on it and had a hard time reducing the rice 🍚. I wish they'd leave Worcestershire sauce out ❗️ ण्याचा roux was fruity and I couldn't feel the spices much. Anyway, the turnover is bad 👎 For some reason the customers eat slowly too 😁 Curry 🍛 is supposed to be a drink.

Long-awaited BANBAN. It was a shop I couldn't enter because they always ran out of rice and were preparing, and I finally got in on my 4th try. I ordered the medium-spicy pork tenderloin cutlet curry, and I think the rice is easily over 400g!! A regular portion is in a large-serving state. There are 4 pieces of quite good-sized katsu on top, and since this is 1100 yen, it's a great deal. The katsu is tender and the batter is crispy. The curry had a tangy roux and was very delicious. This is probably by far the most delicious curry around these parts. I'm full. Thanks for the meal.
