I really wanted to eat meat after the test pull, so when I called and they said counter seats were available, I went to Totchan for the first time in a while! I've been to the Shimomatsu branch a few times, but Izumiotsu is my 2nd time! Everything was delicious, but it was busy and the staff were flustered, so it was hard to time calling out for orders. I wish the counter also had a tablet or a bell...

Ordered the upper set. It was delicious. For the first time, I also ordered a menu called garlic jaw meat. I spontaneously imagined meat with a chewy texture, but it was tender and different from what I imagined. The plain rice was a bit.. whether it's the cooking method or the type of rice. I went the night before a national holiday and it was empty. Delivery after ordering was also smooth.

I was given the worst treatment. Went after 21:00 on Sunday, May 10th. Closing is at 23:00, last order at 22:30. There is still 1 hour and 30 minutes left. There were about 3 to 4 groups inside the store. Perhaps wanting to close early, there were several seats where cushion-like things were placed on the tables to clean up. Staff with no motivation from the time I entered the store. When we were guided to seats and sat down. There was no tableware on the table, but it hadn't been wiped, and a straw used by the previous customer was rolling around and dirty, so I told the staff to clean it. The staff who was told wiped it casually. When I sat down after wiping, as expected it was wiped carelessly, so the touch panel to order was sticky with oil and sauce. A female staff member silently placed 3 sauces for the number of people and walked away. I asked the staff member who walked away in silence if there was a sweet sauce. She walked somewhere in silence and brought the sweet sauce. Why there is no verbal response, the bad attitude of the staff comes across. This female staff member checked the last order time when entering the store, so she is a person who can speak words. A passing male staff member placed wet towels on the table walking while dropping them pop for the number of people, so I asked a different staff member who came to the table to call the staff member who just dropped the wet towels and went away to ask what it means to throw wet towels. They didn't come right away, but after a while they came. Surprisingly, holding beer to take to another table, saying 'I didn't mean to throw itー' without any remorse, she hastily took the beer to another table. My patience has reached its limit. The seats are dirty, the staff's attitude is bad, I don't feel like eating like this, and there's no telling what kind of food will be served, so I decided to leave without eating. I asked if the manager was there and was told they weren't today. I conveyed the unsanitary conditions and bad attitude of the staff since entering the store and left without eating. I wanted to contact the headquarters, but I couldn't find contact info when I searched, so I'm writing here. Store managers or owners, please realize that things like this are happening in your store when you are not there. I had a very unpleasant experience. There are many stores with young staff who have good service. All the young staff here had bad attitudes.

Visited at a late hour. Ate yakiniku at a reasonable price!
