(ソバカフェダイニングタキハマ)」, a 7-minute walk from Izumiotsu Station. A Japanese dining spot combining the casualness of a cafe with the relaxation of an izakaya, perfect for both lunch and dinner. We serve gluten-free soba dishes made with domestic 100% buckwheat soba. Nothing is made in advance; on the day itself we carefully mix and make the noodles on the spot, a signature dish that brings out the natural flavor and aroma of buckwheat to the fullest. For lunch we offer healthy dishes that are kind to your body, and for dinner, creative Japanese dishes to enjoy with sake or wine. Also ideal for use as an izakaya or for banquets. The interior is Japanese-Western modern…

Unexpected visit for a quick group diner. But all dishes are tasty, from tempura to the dessert soba cake. Worthy to visit and taste. Better than any other sobaya in Osaka.

Ordered tororo soba and tendon. Even though it's 10-wari soba, it wasn't dry and crumbly at all, and it was really tasty. The tendon was crispy too. But it seems to be a popular place, so it's better to make a reservation. The parking lot is a bit far away and the road is pretty narrow, so be careful. There are about 4 kinds of dipping sauce, so I want to try the others too.

I called before going, so I was able to get in at 11:30. It filled up right after that, so it's better to make a reservation. It's a stylish place that doesn't look like a soba shop. For lunch, the set menus are by far the best deal. Depending on the type of soba, there's an extra charge. I ordered the tororo soba and toriten set. Apparently 10-wari soba breaks easily if you don't eat it quickly. I don't eat soba much so I don't really get the whole wari thing, but the noodle dipping sauce and the tempura were delicious.

It'll turn your idea of soba upside down!? A brand-new "SOBA" dinner experience in a stylish space with jazz playing🍷✨ This time I went to 「SOBA cafe dining TAKIHAMA」, where you can enjoy authentic juwari (100% buckwheat) soba in a modern Japanese-Western interior✨ The refined, café-dining-like atmosphere completely changes the image of "soba = Japanese," and I just love it🌿 The interior changes its look between day and night, with soothing jazz in the background…🎷 It's a really lovely space, perfect for dates or girls' nights✨ This time I had the 【Petit Luxury Course, 9 dishes in total】, guaranteed to satisfy🥂 And it even comes with a full 120-minute all-you-can-drink! The restaurant's signature juwari soba uses Yabu-style buckwheat flour from Lake Towada, which straddles Aomori and Akita🌾 The homemade noodles, mixed in the shop and made with a dedicated extrusion noodle machine, are amazingly firm, and their rich aroma and superb smoothness going down fill your whole mouth🤤 What's more, for the soba that wraps up the course, you can pick whichever soba dish you like, so luxurious👏 The dishes served before the soba were all excellent too, the kind that keep the drinks flowing! From dishes with a Western touch like ajillo and anago fritters, to freshly fried tempura and seared Kyoto duck loin, every plate fully brought out the appeal of its ingredients🍽️✨ On top of that, the wide range of all-you-can-drink options is another big selling point!🍻 Along with the usual draft beer and wine, they have a refreshing "soba tea sour" and rare local sake, so you can experience the ultimate pairing with soba🍶🍷 Getting to enjoy soba, which is highly nutritious and great for beauty and health, in such a stylish way is pure bliss🥰

This week's weekend lunch was here!! To a soba shop I'd been curious about for a while My husband and I booked lunch for two, but we arrived 30 minutes early so we called them They said early was OK, so we went right in But apparently lunch reservations can only be made for 11 to 11:30 For dinner you can easily book through Tabelog too!! I had a reservation for 11:30 but wanted to stop by the hospital first so early in the morning, GO!! After my checkup at the hospital, we drove straight there parked at the shop's parking lot and headed to the shop The parking lot is on the left after you pass the shop and go down a narrow road The road is a bit narrow and the road out of the parking lot might be pretty tough to turn on if you have a big car・・ It's in that kind of spot, so watch out⚠️ We somehow managed to park, then walked to the shop under a parasol When you open the door it's really stylish It's a soba shop, but somehow it feels like a stylish café For the soba, you choose warm or cold soba and then choose the dashi (dipping sauce) For toppings, I added green onions for plus 50 yen What we ordered this time 〇Zaru soba with soy milk curry dipping sauce & roast beef bowl 〇Zaru soba & assorted tempura It came to 3300 yen for the two of us It was delicious, so I think we'll go again, but next time when the weather's nicer, maybe we'll go by bicycle・・(lol) I'm not good with narrow roads💦 Oh, not that I'm the one driving (LOL)
