Enjoying a wonderful Friday night with delicious food and drinks 😊
View on GoogleRevisited so many times I've forgotten. Thank you as always for the supremely delicious meal. They will go out of their way to make things not on the menu for you 😁 Thank you for today's [Uni Ikura Don], [Cutlassfish Naruto maki], and [Otoro Sashimi Platter] 👍 Every time, it tastes even better than expected. Looking forward to the next time ✌️ ↓ Comment from first visit: I was moved after eating the most delicious dashimaki tamago in my life. The master's authentic dashimaki, which took 20 years to create, is worth eating. TMI, but I drank every last drop of the dashi left on the dashimaki tamago plate lol. All the other dishes are a must-eat since they are made by a master who is particular about ingredients. The food was so delicious I could only take a picture of the dashimaki tamago lol
View on GoogleVisited upon an acquaintance's recommendation. This is my 2nd time! It was fish-focused, but they seem to have meat too! Every dish made me feel the owner's attention to detail, and I was extremely satisfied this time as well ✨ It feels like a hidden gem known only to those in the know, and I definitely want to go again!
View on GoogleI used this restaurant for the first time for business entertaining. Every single one of the numerous dishes was very delicious, but the 'firefly squid shabu-shabu,' which had just come into season, was exceptionally good, and I was lucky to be treated to it! Regarding drinks, they provided various options based on our conversation with consideration to entertain the other party, and the customer who joined me seemed very satisfied, which made even me happy. Before going, I thought it might be a somewhat intimidating restaurant, but the owner was also extremely friendly and provided lots of fun topics from his wide range of knowledge. It changed my image of Japanese cuisine chefs in a good way, and I feel like I was taught what a professional is. I can't express it well, but it's a wonderful restaurant where you can spend some special time, and I will visit again soon. With gratitude, thank you very much!
View on GoogleThey kindly accommodated a sudden reservation on the day of. I ordered a la carte, but everything was delicious, and they gave me a huge bonus on the sashimi. The conger eel had a springy texture, and the grilled white eel was wrapped in seaweed and eaten. They are particular about condiments, and the handmade ponzu and shichimi make the ingredients stand out even more. I made a reservation for the Doyo no Ushi eel and created another opportunity to meet the master. It's a restaurant I want to continue visiting.
