The bento here is delicious. The menu provides more than 20 options and probably suits everyone. It becomes my weekly usual dinner and my family enjoy it a lot! I especially enjoy their fried chicken and sour and sweet pork meal.

I use them regularly, and the karaage is really delicious. When I introduced it to friends and my partner, everyone got hooked. Also, I'm really happy that you can buy Takana-chan separately. I often buy and eat it when I'm buying a bento. It's a bento shop I really love, so I hope they keep working hard and stay in business. Thank you as always.

Sharing this for anyone who tried to order karaage from "Kometto Ranchi" for the first time in a while and thought "Huh?" The karaage-only item (karaage pack) that used to exist has been discontinued, and it seems you currently can't get karaage alone as takeout. Please be aware if you're ordering.

Prices have gradually gone up, there's less rice, the umeboshi disappeared, and the fillings are decreasing. The quality of service has also declined compared to before. It was good when it first opened.

I bought a bento for the first time in a while. During the phone exchange, they wouldn't accept what I said, and even though I'd confirmed twice, they stubbornly insisted they hadn't heard it. It was the first time in my life I'd been this angry. I'll never buy bento there again. Customer service this bad. I'd like them to review their staff training once more.
