It is in a great location a short walk from Kita-sugamo Station. I knew right away because there is a big noren hanging. The shop owner is a calm person and leaves a good impression. The food of course, having learned fermented cooking, salt koji is used as a secret ingredient, and the pickles are also nuka pickles which are very good for the body and delicious. Though ordered separately, the carrot cake was also very delicious. If it were closer, it's a shop I'd want to visit every day.

For the weekly set meal, you could choose between meat or fish. It was a wonderful lunch that made you want to naturally chew well and taste, satisfying every single ingredient.
