Ordered Mellow Char Siu Ramen 1,170 yen + Fried Rice 550 yen. A shop with neon lights glowing alone in a quiet residential area entering from the east side of Route 26 that I had been curious about for a long time in Izumi City. Tonkotsu ramen. Thin noodles can be chosen for firmness and soup can be selected from 3 types. The first move is mellow. What should be noted is the delicious char siu which is thin yet moist and deeply flavored, I enjoyed the owner's commitment in the taste and tenderness that is satisfying to eat. Wood ear mushrooms and bean sprouts were also exquisitely good. On the table there are takana, red ginger, ground sesame, etc. so you can change the flavor. Fried rice was also fluffy and delicious. Payment available via PayPay. Will come again. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleVery delicious ramen 🍜 The balance of soup, noodles, and toppings was very much to my liking. (This time mellow) Takana and red ginger are also placed on the table so you can change the flavor. Takana is spicier than it looks 🥵 but delicious 😋 Gyoza is also Hakata bite-sized gyoza 🥟 not quite to Hishi gyoza level but small and easy to eat, and yuzu koshou matches perfectly 👌 Fried rice is also fluffy and easy to eat down. Although a taciturn artisan-like master, customer service and food are very careful! It seems you can enjoy 3 patterns of soup: mellow (this time), rich, and spicy, so next time I look forward to the rich one and will drop by!
View on GoogleIt's a small shop with only a counter. Cars can be parked if the space in front of the shop is open, but bicycles or the like might be safer. The ramen was not rich, but felt a little light. The free takana is spicy and delicious and good.
View on GoogleRamen, fried rice, gyoza... all of them were very delicious. The takana in the black jar is also too spicy and delicious. The music playing in the shop was also soft, and we were able to spend time talking leisurely in a quiet atmosphere. Thanks to the good nature of the master, it was a shop that naturally made me want to go again.
View on GoogleQuietly located in a corner of a residential area, but when it gets late at night, quite a lot of customers come in. It is a Hakata tonkotsu ramen shop, but "mellow", "rich", and "spicy" seem to be the 3 flagship flavors. This time, my son and I ordered "rich" and "mellow". The noodles are straight thin noodles typical of Hakata tonkotsu ramen. The toppings are simple with char siu, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and bean sprouts, but they match the tonkotsu soup very well. "Mellow" has a light mouthfeel while still solidly feeling tonkotsu, and "rich" makes you feel tonkotsu thickly, the difference was clearly understood. For eating as a midnight snack in my mid-40s, "mellow" was spot on 😅 Spicy takana and red ginger can also be added freely, and the spicy takana is moderately spicy and well-seasoned, making you want white rice lol My son also likes it and says he wants to go again. I will definitely be going to eat there again 😁
