My impression is that it's more focused on classes than on being a bakery. I have a child with an egg allergy, so I was happy there were several egg-free breads. But quantities are limited, and it's hard to buy if your timing is off, so it's tough to become a repeat customer….

【Second visit】 Went on Sunday just after noon, and it was already sold out. Too bad. 【First visit】 A small bakery in front of Ebisu Elementary School. The chewy rice flour bread is delicious. The freshly made bagels were especially amazing.

I went in the morning, but there were only 3 kinds including the shokupan. Other people's review photos show a few more varieties, so maybe it varies by time and day? I tried the shokupan after getting home, and even plain it was chewy, soft, and delicious. Even at night it kept the chewiness it had when I bought it. The next day it got a little firmer, but was still fine to eat without warming. Toasted, it was crisp and chewy, and also delicious. The melon pan was tasty too, but pretty small. I imagine rice flour bread is harder to make than wheat bread, so a slightly higher price is understandable. I'm happy to see more body-friendly shops like this.

The rice flour bread is really delicious. Since it's individually run, you'll probably get lost the first time you go. But it's amazing that they can make bread this delicious with 100% rice flour. This is rice flour bread that would hold its own with the upscale crowd at major department stores. I'd really like vegans and people with wheat allergies to try it. I hope more people get to know about this shop.
