Visited during lunchtime. Ordered the oyakodon and oden set meal. The taste was delicious, and the oden flavors were soaked through nicely, making it a very delicious meal.

Special Homerun Udon (¥1180 tax included) + bite-sized kayaku rice (¥300 tax included) Katsudon large (¥1150+120 tax included) Oden assorted platter (¥750 tax included) The Homerun Udon is packed with ingredients and very voluminous. It contains beef, shrimp tempura, fried tofu, egg, umeboshi, kelp shavings, and kamaboko. The katsudon has a nostalgic taste, and the cutlet is big and voluminous. As expected of a shop that has been running locally for over 40 years. It was very delicious. 😋 Lots of families. 1st floor is counter, 2nd floor is tatami rooms and private rooms. It was empty when we entered, but quickly filled up. Thanks for the meal. 🙏 I think it's popular locally. 🅿️ is behind the shop. The staff are also friendly 😊 Located about a 5-minute walk from Matsunohama Station.

Visited [Gomon], located along Old Route 26 in Izumiotsu City, Osaka Prefecture. Tablog says business hours start at 5 PM, but they currently also do lunch service. There is a parking lot at the back of the shop, and counter seats on the 1st floor. Ordered the 'Sweet and Savory Beef Mayo Bowl' from the lunch menu ❗ For mayonnaise lovers, anything with 'Mayo Bowl' in the name is a must-try classic. First, a small plate of yakisoba appeared, courtesy of the house. Then came the Sweet and Savory Beef Mayo Bowl. It's a rice bowl dish like man's food made at home, and it was a bit disappointing that the beef was a bit dry. Also, personally, I might struggle a bit with the hygiene aspect. However, it seems to be an udon shop loved by locals for a long time. Stuffed stomach ❗ Thanks for the meal ❗

Used this with my family bringing children. The udon and rice bowls were very delicious! I will definitely come again 😀 I heard the staff notice that the younger child's food came out last and urged the kitchen to hurry. I was impressed by how well the staff kept an eye on their surroundings!

Basically, the eat-in space is on the 2nd floor, but first-time visitors will probably get lost. There are counter seats on the 1st floor, but there were no customers so I was confused. After waiting a while, a staff member guided me to the 2nd floor. The udon had a chewy texture unlike trendy chain stores. The broth was Kansai-style light flavor and very delicious. The zaru soba takes time because it's boiled after being ordered. All the staff were very kind and great. Being able to use PayPay is also appreciated.
