I haven’t even finished eating and I’m already giving this restaurant 5 stars! Don’t walk to this place… RUN TO IT!!! The broth had tons of umami and salt flavor from the pork fat, the cuts of pork literally melt in your mouth. I’m going to need a nap because it’s such a large portion! Even if you don’t live nearby, absolutely make the trip here for the ramen 🙏🏽

At first glance, a humble ramen shop was all I expected but I was blown away by the quality. I had the tonkotsu chashu ramen with garlic sauce and I suggest you try it as well. The broth was rich and flavorful, but not too much to stop me from finishing it. The chashu was perfectly tender and melted in my mouth. The noodles were cooked to perfection and I even asked for "kae-dama" (a second portion of noodles) which I rarely do. I expect to return here many more times before my time in Japan ends.

Best ramen I ever had

土曜22時ごろに20分程度待って入店 とんこつラーメン、ライスの注文 イベント帰りに泉大津駅付近で空いてる店を探してたどり着いた店。 味はしっかりしているが重くなく、スープも最後まで飲めるほど美味しかったです。 待ちのときに名簿等がなく、店員さんに伝えるスタイルだったのが少し不安になるところでしたが、味も接客もよく泉大津付近に来た時はまた来たいと思います。

チャーシューがとろっとろで、スープも美味しかったです。泉大津でまた食べたくなる一杯でした。
