Had the rich tsukemen 400g cold noodles, and kimchi. Their kimchi is delicious. It costs 150 yen, but I don't think you'll feel shortchanged. As a service, chives in chili rayu oil, minced garlic, and pickled ginger are all-you-can-eat. I thought this was very generous. As for the main rich seafood tonkotsu tsukemen, it's mild and delicious. The noodles are medium-thick and go down smoothly. However, I think it could be even richer, so it gets ☆☆☆☆. Serving time was fast; when I stood up to use the restroom and returned, the kimchi had arrived, and by the time I finished the kimchi, the tsukemen arrived. I was left with the impression that the tsukemen bowl is large. When the tsukemen dipping broth arrived, the bowl was bubbling vigorously. It had an impact.

Visiting again. The surprising thing is that I didn't notice last time. There were 3 types of condiments: ginger, garlic, and chives. All-you-can-eat near the entrance. It's unfriendly and unpleasant that it's there with no explanation given. I only noticed because the customer next to me was taking some. Normally, you should explain to first-time customers, it's unacceptable. It's normally delicious. At first, there's a faint aroma of ginger. It would be nice if there were condiments, etc. There was only powdered chili pepper. Chashu is thick and delicious. However, although the sign said rich, it was normal. I realized later, the ramen set meal for 800 yen was Sumiichi Ramen, and it seemed different from the rich one. Too bad. Guess I'll try eating it next time. I've been going here for about 20 years. Until about 2 years ago? An uncle was the manager, but the taste kept getting worse and worse... Wondering if I should stop coming, the owner couple returned to the shop to run it! Then the taste became like the old days, no, it leveled up a bit and became delicious again!! The wife is always smiling and cheerful, and the husband cooks silently, but is friendly when you talk to him! Aside from the taste, I love their personality as well! In this day and age, they even keep a free topping? corner prepared at all times. My kids love it too, so I'll be going again soon!
