Visited Nama Soba Mansaku seeking delicious soba. First, regarding parking, coming from the Shindachi Station area, there are 5 parking spaces in the monthly parking lot on the left 30 meters before the restaurant. The numbers are ② to 6, please use the image as a reference. It has an unusual location on a Y-shaped road, so once you visit you won't forget it. Since it was 15:00 on a weekday, there were no other customers besides my wife and me. Orders were: Katsutoji set meal 1,350 yen tax included My wife: Tentoji set meal 1,450 yen tax included The inside of the restaurant including the restroom had a sense of cleanliness, and I had a good impression of fresh flowers casually decorated on each table. From experience, restaurants that decorate with fresh flowers never miss w This time it was a hit again. Handmade soba, dashi broth, and katsutoji were carefully prepared, and the balance of each seasoning was just right and delicious. It was my first time having Chinese cabbage in katsutoji, but it fit well. The dashi broth being served piping hot was also personally nice, and the fact that even pickles were tastefully arranged was typical of them. It is polite to finish delicious food completely, and when I stood up to leave after finishing, being praised with "You ate it so cleanly!" made me happy ♪ I'd like to visit again next time to eat zaru soba. Thank you for the meal.

I entered at the same time as opening. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but it was very quiet and I was able to eat leisurely and calmly. The stone mill on the right side of the entrance is also quite nice, good atmosphere. I ordered tempura soba. Depending on everyone's personal preference, a single sip of the broth filling the mouth is a taste that can only be tasted at Mansaku, an undeniably normally delicious broth. Waiting for a single shrimp tempura to be dipped in the broth and the batter to break down and mix into the broth, then eating the soba coated with the batter or slurping it along with the broth was truly very delicious, and the soba itself had firmness which was to my liking.

Second time, late June Last time I had Mansaku set meal, and this time I went to eat Katsutoji set meal. The taste of katsutoji was elegant, neither too strong nor too light, with a good dashi broth and it was very delicious. I enjoyed the katsutoji placed little by little on the rice. I'm also happy it comes with warm soba. The gentle atmosphere of the people in the shop makes even my feelings calm down 1st time I ate Mansaku set meal at Mansaku right behind my friend's house. It seems to be crowded often so I went prepared to wait, but arriving at 12, exactly one table was free so I could sit right away. My friend always eats the Katsutoji set meal, but since it was my first time, she told me to get the Mansaku set meal which includes warm soba, zaru soba, and delicious mixed rice (kayaku gohan). The thin soba was very elegant and delicious, and being able to enjoy both hot and cold is great. Finally I also had soba water (sobayu). Next time I'll come to eat Katsutoji set meal or Tentoji set meal.

After finishing waterfall meditation nearby, I visited a soba restaurant within walking distance. The soba is delicious of course, and the set menus are also substantial, all delicious and high in satisfaction. This time we came with a reservation for 10 people, and we were guided smoothly and the service was very polite. We could eat leisurely in a calm atmosphere, and both mind and body were refreshed. Thank you for the meal, I would like to visit again.

Visited Mansaku for lunch, which has a reputation for being delicious. When I was lining up before opening, the mother prepared a bench and said she'd ask if it could be made early. Large zaru tempura for 1650 yen. Since I'm not a soba connoisseur, I couldn't really tell the aroma or taste of the soba, but the dipping sauce is delicious. The tempura also felt light and there were 7 pieces. Even with the large portion, I felt it wasn't enough. Personally, I liked Shikokuan's udon better.
