Kinnobuta Izumi-Chuo Station turned out to be the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. The moment I stepped inside, the cozy atmosphere and inviting aroma of the dishes set the mood for a memorable meal. I really appreciated how attentive and friendly the staff were because they made the experience feel special without being overwhelming. The food was the highlight of the visit. Everything was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and served fresh. Spending my birthday here gave me a warm and satisfying experience, and it is definitely a spot I would love to return to.

View on GoogleCame here at the kids' request! Since it was the weekend before Christmas, online reservations were quite full at certain times, so we went a little early at 5 PM. Even so, there were quite a few customers, as expected of a popular shop 👏 You tend to think, "Isn't it better to eat hot pot at home?", but eating at Kinnobuta is exceptionally delicious after all. Is this deliciousness from the broth after all...? Today we chose yuzu-shio, mizore, and soy milk. They recommended algae salt as a preference, and this was also really delicious! All-you-can-eat meat usually gives the impression of being quite tough, but I haven't really felt that at Kinnobuta. The shredded vegetables are also very much liked by the kids, they probably refilled about 5 times! The side dishes are also abundant, and since they are small portions, it was great to be able to have a variety. After 6 PM, more customers came and it was probably fully booked. Above all, the service here is wonderful, from welcoming guests at the entrance to explaining dishes, the staff training is thorough. It makes me want to have my son work part-time in this chain when he grows up lol It seems they prepare a cake for 1000 yen with reservations by the day before ☺ Parking was a shared parking lot and we received a 3-hour free service ticket!
View on GoogleI've used this place many times before. Since it's all-you-can-eat and you can also add all-you-can-drink, you can eat until you're satisfied. Hot pot broth can be chosen in 3 types, so I think it's good because you don't get tired of it ((^^) You can order spicy broth that adults want and broth that children can eat, making it easy to bring kids along. Compared to other dining out, the kids seem to eat more here! There are side dishes and also noodle dishes, so the whole family ate well. The meat was also delicious, and it was even more delicious when eaten with shredded vegetables. The store clerks responded cordially and we had an enjoyable meal.
View on GoogleArrived at the store 5 minutes late for the reservation time. Despite having a reservation, received a cold response: "Since you were late, we let other customers in first. We also called your mobile phone." (We didn't notice the call). The response was from the store manager. Afterwards, 10 minutes later we were guided to the table and ordered the "Domestic Beef & Kushikatsu Course". Surprised to see the beef served. Most (about 70%) was fat, and I ate while removing the fatty parts. I thought it just happened to be a fatty cut that time, so I ordered again, and it was all fat again. I asked the female staff member to trim it a bit because there was too much fat. The female staff member looked apologetic. Then, I ordered again thinking this time it must be improved, but nothing changed at all. With no choice, I gave up and continued eating, and around the time I ordered the final dessert, the store manager came to the table. "I'm sorry we couldn't meet your request. We will now serve you freshly re-cut meat, how about it?" No, I'm already done eating. "Why now? I'm already done eating, why didn't you handle it at the early stage when I asked?" When I asked, the reply was, "That's why I'm here to apologize now. So, I can serve it now." It was an off-target response devoid of any feeling of apology. I felt like I was being brushed off. The way products are served has also been an issue at other shabu-shabu chain restaurants, but are you looking down on customers? (I wondered if I should have taken pictures...). After paying, the store manager said unfeelingly again, "Please come back without hesitation. Next time we will meet your requests so you are satisfied. Please tell me anything." Do you seriously mean that? Not next time, but right now, right?
