I visited here on a day when I wanted to eat yakiniku in Izumi City ☺️ The exterior has a garage-like, casual feel, making it easy to drop in without being stuffy. But once you actually eat it, the meat is genuinely delicious, and it's a place where you can really feel that it's "cheap and good" ✨ What I had this time was thinly sliced tongue, thickly sliced tongue, skirt steak (harami), short ribs (kalbi), assorted kimchi, and namul. Among them, the one that left the strongest impression was definitely the thinly sliced tongue 🥹 It comes with lemon juice on it from the beginning, and eating it with green onions goes together extremely well, giving a sense of satisfaction right from the first plate. I think this is something I'll want to eat again ◎ The thick-sliced tongue is the type where you can thoroughly enjoy the texture, and it had its own goodness different from the thin-sliced tongue. The skirt steak was tender and easy to eat, and the short ribs didn't have overly heavy fat, giving a proper "eating yakiniku" feeling which was great. Side dishes like assorted kimchi and namul are also available, making it easy to balance the overall meal, and I think it's fun to go with friends 😊 Even though it's a casual place, the satisfaction level of the taste is quite high, making it suitable for everyday use, and I thought it's totally fine for a meal with someone you don't have to put on airs with or even for a date 🌿 It's a restaurant I want to keep as a candidate when looking for yakiniku in Izumi City or the Senshu area.

The ultimate casual yakiniku restaurant‼️ The thinly sliced tongue comes with 🍋 juice poured on it by default. The skirt steak goes so well with rice ✊ Filet 🥩 and bone-in short ribs are also highly recommended ‼️ The serving speed is fast and it's a very delicious yakiniku restaurant. I often use this place with my family for meals with my parents-in-law. The recommendations are thin-sliced tongue, skirt steak, and short ribs. As for the tongue, it is recommended, but maybe because lemon is put on it first, it doesn't have much flavor! If you remove the lemon, a slight beef odor hits your nose. The recommendation is to lightly sprinkle salt on top from above so you can eat it very deliciously. (It is definitely not not delicious. It's better than the price, but the fat of the tongue spreads inside your mouth... it's not like that, but it's superior to cheap tongue). Also, the short ribs have moderate fat and are very delicious. The skirt steak doesn't have marbling, but it's juicy and delicious.

We ended up deciding to go to Ichiryo for the first time in a while! So we made a reservation before visiting. My last visit was quite a long time ago... so I was surprised to see the interior had become larger. Even so, the fact that it remains fully booked proves it's a popular restaurant after all. We had thin-sliced tongue, skirt steak, omasum, short ribs, loin, etc. (I got so excited I forgot to take photos...) It might not be stylish, But it's the perfect restaurant for the purpose of devouring meat! It's understandable why it has continued to be popular since the old days.
