Fantastic atmosphere
View on Google■ Gentle Asian food enjoyed in a traditional folk house Less than 10 minutes walk from Hankyu Takarazuka Line Ikeda Station. Head to Putea located in a corner of a renovated kominka tenement house. It's a structure where you take off your shoes to enter, and the steps are a bit high so watch your step. Old books lined the doma space, and it seems they are also for sales. The number of seats in the shop is not large, with a sense of distance where the content of conversation can be heard. Since it's a calm space, you might want to choose your topics a little. The interior covered with linen cloth, the warmth of the kerosene stove and the nostalgic scent combined to create a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. When I asked, they guided me to a chair seat, and told me in advance that it might be a little cold near the window, and prepared a knee blanket, which felt thoughtful. Lunch can be chosen from Khao Man Gai and 2 kinds of weekly set meals. This time I ordered the weekly "Pork Coconut Soup". The bone-in pork was very tender, and the coconut soup was delicious with just the right sweetness and spiciness. Several kinds of side dishes can be enjoyed little by little, and the multi-grain rice is also chewy. The vessels were cute, and it was enjoyable for the eyes as well. The other standard lunch, Khao Man Gai, comes with miso soup. Not too spicy, with mild spiciness, it was an Asian one-plate meal with a heartwarming and gentle taste. Both the atmosphere and the food are gentle, a shop suitable for days when you want to spend relaxing time. Around the area where the tenement houses gather, there are also Asian cloth goods shops, cafes, shops handling food and souvenirs, so strolling is fun. All shops require you to take off your shoes, so shoes that are easy to take off and put on are recommended. In winter, the wooden floor gets cold, so having thick socks is reassuring.

View on GoogleThe daily lunch uses pesticide-free and chemical fertilizer-free vegetables, and you can realize food that is gentle on the body. Overall, good coloring, and a number of mildly flavored dishes You can get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and relax and enjoy. On this day there were 2 types of lunch sets: steamed chicken set or curry. I had the steamed chicken set, and I was able to have various dishes little by little, and enjoyed it happily until the end. The shop also has a gallery attached, and you can enjoy shopping for miscellaneous goods.
View on GoogleAn Asian kominka restaurant run by a couple with a gentle atmosphere. While incorporating the taste of Southeast Asian cuisine, they season it to suit the Japanese palate. When you have lunch, you can order drinks at a great value, making it a perfect shop to visit on days when you want to enjoy lunch slowly (chai is recommended). It is a mysterious space where a slow time flows. An Ikeda map is placed in the shop, so it's a lot of fun to wander around Ikeda with the map♪
