I'd been told they only sell what's roasted that day and don't take reservations, but it turned out they were taking reservations after all, and those coffee beans were completely sold out. The roasting skill is great and every bean is delicious, so I was really disappointed since I'd been looking forward to it every single day for over 2 weeks. I don't know how they ended up taking reservations, but I'm never going again.
