Katsudon with fluffy eggs and an exquisite dashi broth, and old-fashioned smooth Osaka udon. It is an additive-free, gentle, and nostalgic taste.

The katsudon covered in melting dashi egg has a feeling unlike any other. The udon is an old-fashioned Kansai-style broth with chewy noodles which I like. However, since it seems to be run by an auntie alone, it took a little time.

I knew it had been in business for a long time, but at this age (43) I entered for the first time. A friendly, petite grandma was running everything from serving tea to cooking by herself, and although it took time, the taste was flawless. Before eating, an indescribable aroma of dashi started to waft over, making my appetite soar tremendously (^-^)

As always, delicious katsutoji set meal. Today I went with a family of 4 and ordered 5 servings. The extra 1 serving was shared among me and two children! Since the shop is a bit far from our house, I can't come easily. Even a normal single serving is quite a lot, but since I might not be able to come for a while, it's to make memories...

It's a delicious udon shop in the countryside. I like the atmosphere which feels calm. I think the taste is also very good.
