To "Fuku Sushi" located in Sugawaracho, Ikeda City. I was finally able to visit the shop which was told "Too early!" when I was a university student. The inside of the shop is lined with beautiful hinoki wood counter seats, very clean and has a calm adult atmosphere. In the topping case, brightly colored shrimp and thick tuna are beautifully lined up, just looking at it whets the appetite. Sushi is carefully shaped one by one. The tuna we had this time was a deep, vivid red meat, and the otoro (seemingly) had fine, beautiful marbling, and it was a supreme deliciousness that melted in the mouth. The white fish is also transparent, and the crunchy, fresh texture is irresistible. High quality like this, enjoying 1 bottled beer and about 8 pieces of sushi for 5,000 yen. Compared to conveyor belt sushi it is certainly expensive, but considering this quality, it's rather outstanding cost performance. It is a famous shop that I definitely want to recommend for meals on special days or when you want to taste delicious sushi thoroughly.
View on GoogleFuku Sushi is located along the road from Ikeda Station towards Satsukiyama. I visited after quite a long time, but it had the same wonderful atmosphere as before. I had omakase, but not the recently popular Edomae style, rather the old style. It matches the atmosphere of Osaka's downtown, and somehow warms the heart. Drinking a lot of bottled beer and finishing with Japanese sake, it was about 7,000 yen per person. Did you make a mistake with the bill? That's how much of a bargain it felt. I understand the reason why it's full whenever I go. Thank you for the meal.
View on Google2023.2 Highly rated sushi restaurant in Ikeda... My husband made a reservation Requested the omakase course. The flounder was delicious, but my favorite yellowtail and amberjack were not there... A little lonely (><) The chawanmushi had lots of ingredients, but it was hard and had no flavor💦 The staff seemed inexperienced and it felt a bit rushed, giving a somewhat disappointing impression😢
View on GoogleFirst time at a counter-only sushi shop in Ikeda city. The shop itself seems to have a long history, but was this built relatively recently? The interior was very clean and clean. I had omakase and everything was delicious. Among them, the master recommended conger eel, and indeed the conger eel was fluffy and had a good taste. I was eating in a hurry to pick up my child from cram school, and I'm sorry for going in home clothes that didn't match the atmosphere of the shop... Next time I want to go in normal clothes.
View on GoogleHad business in Ikeda on a weekday so I dropped by. When I called to make a reservation a few hours before the visit, they said it was open if it was after 19:00, so I did that. Order was "Nigiri Omakase" and "Bottled Beer". As for the sushi, starting with tamago appetizer, how many dishes were served... There was also clear soup with bamboo shoots and wakame, and by the time torched conger eel was served at the end, I was full. I was bothered that the sushi rice was a bit large, but the perfection as sushi for each was high and delicious. The bill was about 6,000 yen for omakase and 1 bottle of beer. Eating sushi to your heart's content for 6,000 yen in this day and age, it's so cheap that you want to say, "Did you make a mistake with the bill? Are you okay??" I can understand why it's full despite being a regular weekday. If there was a sushi shop like this in the neighborhood, I'd go every week... I will definitely revisit soon!! The location of the shop is just a short walk north on Sakura-dori from Ikeda Station. Also, cashless payment is not possible, cash only.
