I often go to other Hokka Hokka Tei, but I was quite shocked at this one. I ordered a fried chicken bento, the rice was warm, but the fried chicken was room temperature. Despite that, it came out slow. It was greasy and terrible. I chose Hokaben because I wanted to eat something warm, so I'm deeply shocked.

Until half a year ago, they would serve bento in 30 minutes at the longest, but lately, I've been made to wait unusually long. I think it can't be helped since it's busy hours, but the staff don't understand that if you fry food and make people wait for 40 minutes, it's bound to get cold. Thinking normally, I don't understand why it was left alone. I've been taken care of for a long time, but I will probably have almost no opportunity to use it in the future.

Among major bento chain stores, this is my favorite. It was a crowded time before the WBC match, but it was served quickly. I'm satisfied with the taste.
