Today at lunchtime, I had Etsushu as the sake to go with Lunch Course B. The firefly squid appetizer with miso sauce was also superb. The sashimi was very fresh and delicious, and the nigiri sushi had a delicate flavor that I thoroughly enjoyed. I was impressed again today. I was very happy to be able to spend such a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

All the food was incredibly fresh and the dishes were very unique. Out of the ordinary authentic Japanese food. Even the dessert was home made. The food wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it.
