The female staff member didn't even take notes, and the drinks we ordered arrived wrong, which was terrible. It would be fine if she could remember, but it's unacceptable for a non-alcoholic drink to arrive containing alcohol. There was no proper apology, which made it even more disappointing.

First visit ‼️ It's a delicious yakitori shop. The tsukune wasn't with tare sauce, so it was delicious. Lots of alcohol choices and I like it ❤️.

The chicken is delicious of course, and the crispy fried burdock is also recommended. The value feel of the bargain mug 🍺 is great for beer lovers, yuki 🥰.

I like it cooked more thoroughly with a stronger taste, so that's just me, but it's not bad.

Just as everyone has said in these reviews as well, the store manager's customer service attitude was truly terrible. I am someone who also works in customer service, but this is the first time I've seen someone who treats customers with zero respect and acts like they're playing around. I wondered how they can keep operating without going under. Delicious products were completely ruined.
