Tonkotsu ramen shop located along Inaichi Ordered the rare ramen piled high with cabbage Shredded cabbage is piled right on top, and since the cabbage has something like a salt sauce on it, the taste is surprisingly solid. However, because the cabbage is freezing cold and there is little soup from the start, by the time you finish eating the mountain of cabbage, you are left with diminished, cold soup and noodles. If the soup was plentiful and the cabbage wasn't freezing cold, it might be a yes.

Since I had to go to Ibaraki for a small errand I had a late lunch at a ramen shop along the way I went around 2 o'clock so it was empty I had the counter all to myself For the order, I ordered Souhonke Ramen and Mentaiko Mayo Don Both dishes came out right away The ramen had a rich, thick soup with thin noodles, and I added spice with spicy takana I added simmered niboshi to the mentaiko mayo don as well The simmered niboshi would have been better with plain white rice I noticed later After eating the ramen noodles, It seemed it would have been good to put in a small bowl of rice I wanted to eat a little more So I also ate a kaedama (extra noodle refill) Since I like strong flavors Both were delicious P.S., kaedama is surprisingly a lot, huh~ #DriveToIbaraki #TeppeiIbarakiSouhonke #SouhonkeRamen #MentaikoMayoDon #Kaedama

Ordered Teppei Ramen The soup was a tonkotsu soup with a mild throat feel that gave a faint sense of thickness. Not just the tonkotsu flavor I am used to, It was a soup that felt sweet somewhere. The noodles were thin noodles, And noodles that paired well with the soup. The chashu, Has had moisture removed and is chewy. People who like gooey chashu might not like it as much. I think it's good as a palate cleanser for someone tired of eating rich food.

Not as good as Tenka Isshin, but the rich tonkotsu soup was delicious. The mentaiko mayo chashu don was also delicious. The gyoza in particular exceeded expectations and was good.
