A rare shop that renovated a wooden building that used to be a sewing school. Homey atmosphere, but refined first-class dishes come out. Sweets also have a seasonal feel very delicious ♥ Coffee has an original blend with a punch 👊.

Stopped by for a rest on my road bike. There is no cycle rack. I arrived at 10:30 without knowing that lunchtime starts from 11:30, and when I visited again at 11:30, they had saved a counter seat for me. Such thoughtfulness is nice ♪ The lunch menu has two main dishes and it's a style to choose either one. I chose pork and okra and yam stir-fry with plum soy sauce. There were 4 small bowls and all of them were delicious, and the main pork stir-fry had just the right seasoning and was delicious. Miso soup was also exquisite ♪ I was able to happen to get a seat without a reservation, but almost everyone had a reservation. Some people were turned away, so I think reservation is recommended. Taiyou to Gohan Since I thought there was a healthy shop in Ibaraki, I went to check it out ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ This day was~ ・Chicken honey mustard sauce ・Mushroom stewed hamburger steak It was a daily special ♪ I ordered chicken honey mustard sauce! My companion ordered mushroom stewed hamburger steak. ・Uses vegetables directly from Toyooka farmers ・Nostalgic mother-made rice ・Uses Koushosha coffee beans You can see they are quite particular ♪ To conclude, it was delicious. Tried and true seasoning for karaage and hamburger! Freshness of vegetables is definitely good material! Coffee was super authentic ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ It was a super delicious cafe ((´▽`)/ Taiyou to Gohan! No doubt! Review of the taste is below! ・Chicken honey mustard sauce -> Batter is crispy and juicy. Honey sweetness is light and mustard is faint. Since the karaage is already flavored, even a little honey mustard taste was delicious. ・Mushroom stewed hamburger steak -> Got a little from my companion. Tomato stew with tomato felt lightly. Soft, fluffy, refreshing hamburger steak, very easy to eat. ・Salad -> Green leaf freshness is good light bitterness and watery.
