I stopped by the restaurant one evening on my way home from work and after eating here, I had to introduce my friends right away. I haven't eaten any ramen shop in Japan so well. You should try ramen and fried rice here. it's so great. all dishes. The owner is very lovely. I will boat it more often

I'm drinking in Ibaraki. I'm in the mood to eat some ramen to finish off the night before heading home. Searching online, there seems to be a shop nearby. Arriving at the shop, it's open~♪ Sitting at the counter, staring down the menu. Which ramen should I get? It's getting cold, so I want something miso-based. The three choices are: ・Miso Ramen ・Sichuan Miso Ramen ・Miso Corn Butter Ramen Let's go on the offensive with spicy!! With that, Sichuan Miso Ramen is decided. After a short wait, out it comes~ Looks pretty good. First, starting with the soup. The miso flavor packs a punch with spicy kick. Slurping the noodles, drinking the soup, proceeding to eat. As I eat, I warm up rapidly. Double attack of miso power and spicy power feels great. Warmed right up to the core and tummy feeling satisfied, I've got to make sure I don't overshoot my stop on the train ride home.

[Visit Impression] The soup is light tonkotsu. The noodles are not very delicious; I wish they would change to better noodles... The menu is written with pre-tax prices. I had the Teruki Ramen, which was a ramen packed with ingredients. Thinking it was cheap at 920 yen, as mentioned earlier, it came out to 1,012 yen including tax f(^^; They really should just write prices including tax. The interior is clean and spacious.

Open until late at night. At night, it has an atmosphere close to an izakaya (pub). The gathering of regulars is likely due to the owner's personality. Solo diners or first-timers might find the atmosphere a bit intimidating σ(^_^;) The menu here seems to be almost identical to Ramen Daio, which faces the Industrial Road west of this shop. I visited for the first time, and it was just as rumored. I like chashu ramen so I ordered it, but garlic is almost... absent? Is it thanks to this that, unlike Daio, there was almost zero unpleasant gaminess or saltiness? I wonder if people who find it lacking can ask for it in advance? Personally, like Daio, I find the pork belly chashu exceptionally irresistible with how flavor seeps in the more you chew. The owner is also a friendly, nice guy. I don't talk much though σ(^_^;)
