Let's go to the super gritty izakaya in Ibaraki City that is open until morning!! So we went to "Shiosai" It's an izakaya that has been in business for at least 50 years or more It appears to be run by the landlady alone Before writing my impressions... for those who like cleanliness, I do not recommend it!! I will say this strongly!! For those who say that doesn't matter, I strongly recommend it. The interior layout is only an L-shaped counter Number of seats is probably around 10? Indoor smoking is OK. The weathered counter, interior, and food display case Everything is at the Showa heritage level, exciting enough to give you chills The landlady has a kind vibe, and she must be a walking encyclopedia around this Ibaraki Station area Prices are not written on the menu so it makes your heart flutter, but what I ordered this time: "Black bottled beer", "Lemon chuhai", "Some alcoholic drink", "Spicy cod roe (mentaiko)", "Grilled cod milt (shiroko)", "Yellowtail sashimi" plus an appetizer (otsumami) came out to 4000 yen. It was ridiculously reasonable. Basically, 99% are regulars, so I was the only new customer. Also, regarding the point that it might be difficult for clean freaks The toilet is a Japanese-style squat toilet on the 2nd floor And the age of the facilities are likely the bottlenecks And, the landlady's hometown dish "Ise Udon" is probably fine to eat as a closing dish. I like the atmosphere very much, so I'd love to go againー

Operating in Ibaraki City from 6 PM to 7 AM the next day. It's a long-established restaurant that has been running for over 40 years in Ibaraki City, located about a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station. Seafood dishes and ochazuke are popular.

Among the izakayas in the Hankyu Ibaraki area For the first time in a while, I found a very good izakaya with a gentle vibe ^ ^ The food is delicious, the mama is a nice person, and all the other customers were nice people too!

It's rare to find a shop that makes you think "I'm glad I came" when leaving. I had a cloudy sake with no name. Sweet and rich yet not cloying, and I knew right away I'd end up drinking too much. Wonderful drink. There was no fried chicken, no French fries, as a drinking snack I had some lightly torched saury. The salt-grilled dish was delicious from corner to corner, a shop where you could clearly tell they value both sake and food. I didn't think I would encounter delicious Ise Udon again upon returning to Osaka. Thank you for the meal.
