Ordered the seasonal gozen Close to shojin ryori, But different because it uses fish. Healthy, well-balanced food that feels like the seasons. I thought the taste was gentle, careful, and delicate. I was happy that it came with cute origami.

There aren't many food options (gozen, udon, curry), but it's nice to be able to eat inside a temple. The contents of the gozen are also quite substantial, and I think it's delicious enough for the price. The coffee was also delicious ◎

I ate while waiting for today's enshrinement service. The seasonal gozen had many items, and it was just the right portion!

I ordered the monthly changing gozen for 1600 yen and the salad udon for 1000 yen. Anyway, it was terrible. The 1600 yen gozen was so plain I wondered if it was Buddhist vegetarian food, and what on earth I was supposed to eat rice with as a side dish.. The meat dishes were only two bite-sized roast beef-like slices sold at supermarkets and a thumb-sized piece of grilled fish. The rest was tasteless dengaku, a giant tomato, watermelon.. Above all, after purchasing the meal ticket, the gozen was served in 2-3 minutes, all pre-made. It was cold, unpalatable, and a complete waste of money. The salad udon also had completely frozen udon textures, making me wonder what the cost price was, feeling like a total rip-off. It's a pity because the atmosphere of the shop is nice.

Cafe inside Sojiji Temple Splendid temple. An atmosphere that looks wealthy, with carp in the pond and whatnot. Inside the shop where the smell of hinoki cypress remains. Relaxed, and madams were having lunch there. Ordered the seasonal gozen. Refreshing and cool dishes in the rainy season. Beautifully plated. Drinks were ordered additionally and came with karinto. Could enjoy a leisurely lunch in an unexpected place. 1,780 yen Thanks for the meal
