First visit on 04/02/08 evening, aiming for Kakioko. Just can't help oyster shortage, none this season. Too bad. Because it was my first Kakioko. ○ Matsu Special 1,320 yen named after the shop ○ Hoso (Offal) Grill 715 yen. Actually 13 years in Osaka, first time eating out at a Kansai-style okonomiyaki restaurant. This place is actually a "Kyoto-style okonomiyaki restaurant" so even first time eating (laughs) Hiroshima person, feels familiar style. Not Kansai style where flour and ingredients are not mixed, but each ingredient is placed on top and grilled. Delicious. After all okonomiyaki is eating out, iron plate calorie is different and professional cooking is delicious. Hoso grill was delicious too. Next winter I will definitely eat Kakioko! Thank you for the meal (_ _)
View on GoogleOkonomiyaki Teppanyaki Macchan A shop I've been curious about for a while. Inside the store there are 4 tables with teppan, not too narrow and not too wide, it felt very nice. An oversized clock displayed (installed?) on the wall next to the entrance is impressive. Ordered pork okonomiyaki, and since it was lunchtime, they said for plus 100 yen I could add rice, pickles, and miso soup. As a first-timer I ordered it of course. Result, my stomach became too full lol. For okonomiyaki, it was packed with cabbage and contained noodles and eggs, so one piece was fully satisfying, to the point I wouldn't order rice next time. Looking at the menu pasted on the wall, besides okonomiyaki there seems to be a wide variety of single dishes, so it seemed good to use for drinking with a group. Anyway, packed with cabbage, eggs and noodles, pork and chikuwa, you can have a lunch with outstanding nutritional balance, highly recommended okonomiyaki.
View on GoogleKyoto-style okonomiyaki, contained noodles with a light taste and was delicious. Other side dishes, negiyaki, and yakisoba are also delicious. Prices are affordable and the manager was polite, attentive, and kind.
View on GoogleDelicious okonomiyaki after a long time. Side dishes are also good. Inside is cleaner than the outside with 4 tables.
View on GoogleFirst time having chikuwa in okonomiyaki, but it was delicious. Okonomiyaki with a strong vegetable feel. Yakisoba is ordinary.
