Birthday Celebration Visited at 7:00 PM on Friday to celebrate my son's birthday as an adult. I called for a reservation on the day, but was told they don't take same-day reservations so I went directly. The restaurant wasn't completely full, but about 80% occupied. I waited a bit for a table to be ready, and successfully seated after about 5 minutes. You can get a service ticket by using the nearby coin parking. Cheers with beer and time to order! They serve Nose beef here. Thick-cut tongue, all-tongue set, premium skirt steak, premium short ribs, ichibo, kimchi assortment, namul assortment, seared sashimi, and seared yukhoe—ordered way too much for the first round... Kimchi and namul assortments were served immediately. The kimchi wasn't too spicy and easy to eat. The cucumber namul was unusual and delicious. Followed by the thick-cut tongue and all-tongue set. The thick cut is satisfying to eat, has a good texture, and is delicious! The all-tongue set has 3 types: salt, green onion, and sauce; the meat quality is just average? The sauce was delicious. The seared sashimi and seared yukhoe look greasy, but when you eat them they aren't that much, just right and too delicious. The premium skirt steak is tender and easy to eat. Goes well with the refreshing sauce. Premium short ribs and ichibo also have nice marbling and are a bit fatty, but it's fine for me in my 50s. Added fried mino, ramushin, akasen, heart, and tetchuan. All the offal items are also said to be Nose beef. Everything is delicious without any gamey smell. Fried mino is the best accompaniment to beer. I forgot to take pictures, but for the finish we ordered bibimbap, cold noodles, chige soup, and beef toro nigiri. The cold noodles are Korean noodles, but a bit soft... Chige soup is quite spicy. Beef toro nigiri, this has a fair amount of fat and even my 23-year-old son said it was tough and didn't seem suitable for a finish... Since it's a bit expensive for common people, I'd like to visit again for some celebration.
View on Google[Review updated. Added at the end.] I had a delicious lunch. It felt amazing to be able to eat such delicious cut-off meat for 1,380 yen. Closed every Monday and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday. It's a recommended yakiniku restaurant. Please be careful not to mistake the Tuesday holiday. *When I visited after a long time in June 2023, prices had gone up by about 100 to 300 yen. I forgot to take pictures of the new menu. This time I had the stone-grilled bibimbap lunch. The meat is short ribs, so among the lunch menus, the stone-grilled bibimbap lunch felt like the best value to me. From next time I think I'll go with the stone-grilled bibimbap lunch♪

View on GoogleThe interior looks surprisingly different once you step in from the exterior~ For lunch I had the Nose beef, pushed myself to order the special loin lunch, it's tender and the fat is delicious too! Plus the original sauce matches well. The piping hot soup is good. When staying in Nose I thought the meat might just be so-so, but the meat here is delicious. I'd like to visit again.
