One of the best ramen I’ve tried so far. Rich soup, chashu is so tender that melts in your mouth and the noodles are thin and firm.

Since it's right next to the university, I always go whenever I feel like eating ramen. This order was chashu men with fried chicken set. Since it's getting hot recently, it might be a bit of a dilemma whether to choose the limited-time cold ramen or the usual ramen. Since I'm a student, presenting my student ID allowed me to choose between a large noodle portion or a free drink. Personally, I thought this was a very happy service because I want cold drinks when eating ramen. The first bite is always from the naruto, and the flavor is well soaked and appetizing. The soup also looked quite thick at first glance? But it wasn't surprisingly so, and it might be good for those who don't like oily soup. The taste of the soup has a lot of depth, and this also matches well with the sweetness of the cabbage piled on top. The noodles are thin noodles, which is my preference. Since the chashu is thin, I feel unsatisfied with regular ramen, so chashu ramen is my top recommendation. Next time I will try salt ramen or cold ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Straight road. A corner of Ibaraki AEON Mall food court. Delicious ramen. Is it Hakata tonkotsu flavor? Chashu ramen ¥1090 The soup is thick. Taste is average. Chashu is soft. Fried rice and karaage. Plus ¥220 plus ¥380 The karaage is a little overfried maybe. This food court had a variety of stores. Crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. Securing seats becomes difficult. Getting in and out of the parking lot is very crowded.

I had the set of ramen and chashu mayo bowl. The chashu is meltingly soft and delicious. The soup is soy sauce pork bone-like, or miso-like, mellow and light. The chashu mayo bowl is full of mayonnaise and goes great with the free takana. The impression of eating it is neither good nor bad. About 3.5 stars. I had the cold ramen. It's smooth and easy to eat, but cold noodles might have been better...
