I'm in Ibaraki. This is a shop I found on the way back to the station after drinking at another place. We talked about having a bit more to drink before heading home, so we stopped by. Entering the shop, we sit at a very long counter seat. Asking for bottled beer, they said they have Akaboshi (Sapporo Red Star). Yay~♪ Well then, Akaboshi it is!! And so, cheers~. We order some slightly light snacks to accompany the drinks. ・Island scallion (Shima-rakkyo) ・Somi champuru ・Karashi renkon (hot mustard lotus root) True to the shop name, it's Kyushu cuisine. We went with a Kumamoto and Okinawa cuisine theme. Every dish goes perfectly with alcohol. Good service and a comfortable shop. It's like a hidden gem in Ibaraki. Got to go back again.
